Me gustó que se notaba que sabía y nos compartió información interesante. Me parece que son mejorables el tono y la actitud porque se hizo un poco monótono. Para mi gusto todo lo relativo a la comida, a cómo se cocina la pasta, etc sobró y faltaron más anécdotas o historias entretenidas sobre la parte histórica (un poco más de investigación). Me gustaron mucho las recomendaciones sobre cómo elegir un buen restaurante.

I liked that it was clear he knew his stuff and he shared interesting information with us. I think his tone and attitude could be improved because it got a bit monotonous. In my opinion, everything related to food, how to cook pasta, etc., was unnecessary, and there should have been more anecdotes or entertaining stories about the historical aspect (a little more research would have been helpful). Astrid is a fantastic speaker, and even though it was a "free" topic, I think keeping everyone interested for two hours is a testament to her professional skill.
