La visita estuvo bien, aunque el guía se dejaba cosas por explicar. Lo que no nos gustó nada es que decían que era free tour, pero desde el primer momento el guía nos dijo que había un mínimo de 35000 pesos. Si es un cree tour deben dejar que el cliente decida y no forzar la situación desde el principio. Y al final del tour, cuando le dimos los 35000 por persona nos dijo que igual podríamos darle 20000 más. Esto me parece horrible. Prefiero que en vez de free tour pongan que tiene un costo. The visit was good, although the guide left things unexplained. What we didn't like at all is that they said it was a free tour, but from the first moment the guide told us that there was a minimum of 35,000 pesos. If it is a cree tour, they should let the client decide and not force the situation from the beginning. The tour was OK - it seemed that the tour guide focused more on trying to get us to buy souvenirs and food rather than learning about the history and murals in depth. I would have liked more about the history of the Communa 13 area and how it rebuilt to what it is today.

Realmente es poco lo que habla la guía sobre la historia de la comuna 13, es más caminar desde una zona no turística a la zona turística y escuchar unas cuantas cosas al respecto. Eso sumado a que te cobran 50.000 pesos colombianos de "forma voluntaria" (aunque sabemos que es obligatoria). Deberían dejar de poner que es un free tour y venderlo al precio que están pidiendo la propina, sumado a que además te hacen pagar tu propio transporte... no volvería a tomarlo.

The guide barely talks about the history of Comuna 13; it's mostly just walking from a non-touristy area to a tourist area and hearing a few things about it. On top of that, they charge 50,000 Colombian pesos "voluntarily" (even though we know it's mandatory). They should stop advertising it as a free tour and sell it at the price they're asking for the tip, plus they make you pay for your own transportation... I wouldn't take it again.

No nos informaron que Civitatis tiene una cafetería muy linda y segura y estuvimos media hora esperando en el metro en una zona insegura… esperamos otras personas del grupo, y luego la ruta del camión público para la Comuna, empezamos el tour 1 hora y media de la cita. Promocionan demasiado locales y negocios de amigos y conocidos y se vuelve incómodo dar propina o comprar algo…
